We believe that keeping your computer safe and secure is paramount, so that is why we have introduced a new PC Warrant of Fitness, to keep your computer up to date, and on top of all those nasties out there on the internet. Like your car, this service is designed to be done every six to twelve months, depending on your computer usage.

• Full data backup to CD or DVD
• Update Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office with all security patches
• Update any device drivers with latest versions
• Update any other software or applications with available updates
• Update/Install Internet Security Software (works in conjunction with BitDefender)
• Check firewall is active and functioning correctly
• Complete virus and spyware scan
• Remove temporary files clogging your computer
• Removal of unwanted/unneeded files on your system
• Run PC Diagnostic software to ensure all hardware is functioning correctly
• Report any spam emails, to prevent spam

$120.00 per WOF

This service is to be performed at Bright Star PC Offices. Machines are to be dropped in and we will deliver and set back up in your home.

Terms and Conditions

• If you need Anti Virus software, BitDefender Internet Security will be installed and additional charges will apply.
• Delivery is free up to 10 kilometres return from either of our two offices. If you live further away standard charges ($1.00 per kilometre)will occur once free travel allowance has been used.
